WAAH Science Fellows
Inspiring Youth to Lead the Future of Science Education
WAAH Science Fellows programme invites passionate young individuals who believe that science can shape a sustainable future and play a key role in bringing hands-on STEM learning closer to communities. It is a 10-month immersive learning experience that combines in-office training in STEM education with real-world, hands-on practice in interactive environments.
WAAH Science Fellows play a pivotal role in the coordination, strengthening, and hand-holding of WAAH Community Science Centres (CSCs) within their designated clusters. The Fellows receive comprehensive training in STEM education at VASCSC, along with mid-term review and capacity building. After completion of the training, they are placed in their designated clusters of WAAH CSCs where they conduct regular visits and follow-ups to monitor and support ongoing activities. Additionally, the Fellows provide technical guidance and support to enhance the performance and impact of the WAAH CSCs.

Dakshesh, a post-graduate in Industrial Chemistry with a B.Ed., is a passionate educator and lifelong learner who finds joy in connecting with children and making learning engaging and effective.

Manav holds a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology and is passionate about hands-on STEM education. He believes true learning happens when theory meets practical exposure. His interests span electronics, travel, photography, and art.
